Ad-hoc (Pay-as-You-Go) Basis:

To ensure efficient collaboration, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any work requests. Include all necessary details and requirements needed to complete tasks. I will aim to complete work within a maximum of 72 hours.


Buddy System, Retainer Hours (Weekly/Monthly) Basis:

For ongoing tasks or projects, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for work requests, including all necessary details and requirements needed to complete tasks, timelines will be worked out together when booking the time required. I will aim to complete work within a maximum of 48 hours.


Unused Hours:

Please note that hours are specific to the current month and do not roll over to subsequent months, unused hours cannot be carried over to the next month.

Call Charges:

Calls placed or received on your behalf will be invoiced at my standard hourly rate, itemized as “Call Costs.” Charges will reflect only the actual duration of calls, excluding any time spent on hold. There is no minimum call charge. For information on extended call answering services, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Out of Office Call Handling Charges:

For calls handled outside of my regular hours, a non-negotiable rate of £40 per hour applies. This covers my services and expenses. Discounts may be offered at my discretion, depending on the nature of the work. Please consider these costs before requesting out-of-office services.

How do I handle confidential information?

Absolutely, I prioritise confidentiality. With stringent security measures and NDAs, our virtual assistants are trained to safeguard your sensitive information.

Contact me:

I’m available to help Monday to Friday, between 10am and 4pm. The best way to reach me is by email. To ensure I can give each client my full focus, I aim to reply to all emails within an hour during those times.

Meeting up face to face:

While I’m all smiles about meeting face-to-face, just a heads-up: my invoice will include travel costs and the time we spend together. It’s only fair, as that time could otherwise be spent with other clients.

Amendments:

If you spot something that needs tweaking after you see the finished product, drop me an email within 48 hours. if revisions are required.

Payment terms:

Initial payment required will be 50% deposit to get started. This payment is due as soon as you sign the agreement. Outstanding balances are due within seven days of the invoice date unless alternative payment arrangements are agreed in advance prior to work starting. Interest will be charged on overdue amounts in accordance with government advice.

The minimum charge for any work is one hour. After that, work is billed in 15-minute increments.
